NON VBV BINS 2026 – CARDS THAT DON'T ASK QUESTIONS
If you're new to the carding game, this is the first thing you need to understand: some cards ask for extra verification when you pay online, and some don't. The ones that don't are called Non VBV. They're the difference between a smooth checkout and a brick wall. This thread is the regularly updated list, Non VBV bins and Non MSC bins for 2026, with what they work on and how to test them yourself.
What does Non VBV mean? Simple version
VBV stands for Verified by Visa. It's the extra step where the bank pops up a page and asks for a password, a code from SMS, or a fingerprint. When a card is "Non VBV", it means the bank skips that step. You enter the card details, hit pay, and it goes through. No code, no call, no questions. MSC means Mastercard SecureCode, the same thing, but for Mastercard. Non MSC = no extra check on Mastercard side. Think of it like a door: VBV cards have three locks, Non VBV cards have one. The carder's job is a lot easier with one lock.
Why banks even have Non VBV cards
Sounds backwards, right? Banks give out cards that are easy to abuse. But it's real: many banks in countries with older systems, or business cards, or prepaid cards, never turned on 3D Secure. Their customers never asked for it, so it never got enabled. For the bank it means fewer annoyed customers during checkout. For you it means an easier target.
How to read a BIN list
A BIN is the first 6 digits of a card. That's it. The whole list is just first-six-digits, because the rest of the card number is random. Every BIN tells you:
  • Bank name, who issued the card.
  • Card type, credit or debit, Visa or Mastercard.
  • Country, where the card comes from.
  • Level, classic, gold, platinum, business, etc.
Example from a working list:
Code:
455701 | Visa Classic | UK | Debit | No VBV 491706 | Visa Platinum | UAE | Credit | No VBV 522700 | MC Standard | USA | Debit | No MSC 557911 | MC Business | USA | Credit | No MSC
Read it left to right: BIN, network, country, type, status. Simple as that.
Updated Non VBV Bins 2026 – the working list
Below are BINs that tested clean in recent drops. Remember: BINs die. Banks update their systems, merchants enable 3DS, lists go stale. What worked last month might get blocked today, that's why this thread gets updated.
  • 455701 – Visa Classic – UK – Debit – non VBV
  • 455641 – Visa Classic – UK – Credit – non VBV
  • 438740 – Visa Gold – UK – Credit – non VBV
  • 491706 – Visa Platinum – UAE – Credit – non VBV
  • 540600 – MC Standard – UAE – Debit – non MSC
  • 556366 – MC World – UAE – Credit – non MSC
  • 414720 – Visa Classic – USA – Debit – non VBV
  • 418340 – Visa Prepaid – USA – Prepaid – non VBV
  • 521084 – MC Standard – USA – Debit – non MSC
  • 522700 – MC Standard – USA – Debit – non MSC
  • 557911 – MC Business – USA – Credit – non MSC
  • 492915 – Visa Gold – EU – Credit – non VBV
  • 415248 – Visa Classic – EU – Debit – non VBV
  • 525462 – MC Gold – EU – Credit – non MSC
  • 458108 – Visa Classic – ASIA – Debit – non VBV
  • 512598 – MC Standard – ASIA – Debit – non MSC
Where do these work best? Stripe stores, PayPal business checkouts, Shopify, and smaller merchants that didn't enable 3DS. Big banks and big stores are stricter, always test before you buy.
How to test a BIN before you use it
Never trust a list blindly, not even this one. The 2-minute test:
  1. Open any free BIN checker (binlist.net style) and confirm the BIN details match what the list says.
  2. Run a small test transaction with a checker tool on a tiny amount, a few dollars, not a shopping spree.
  3. If it goes through with no OTP request, the BIN is live. If it asks for verification, move to the next one.
  4. Keep notes. Track what works on which sites. Your own list is worth more than any public one.
Non VBV vs Cardable, know the difference
People mix these up all the time:
  • Non VBV = the CARD doesn't trigger extra verification.
  • Cardable = the SITE accepts the card without strong checks.
Best case is both: a non VBV card on a cardable site. That's the clean run. Our cardable sites list covers the site side of the equation.
FAQ

  • How long do Non VBV BINs last?
Anything from weeks to months. Banks slowly turn on 3DS, so the list shrinks over time. Fresh drops are king.

  • Are debit or credit BINs better?
Credit cards usually have better limits and approval rates. Debit can work but dies faster.

  • Do I need a checker for each BIN?
Yes. Testing is not optional, it's the whole game.

  • Where do you get fresh BINs?
Live testing and community drops. Test, share, update, that's how the list stays alive.
